‘Annacombe’ is a spacious and imaginative coachhouse conversion perfect for a child friendly escape for family, for friends or a romantic bolthole for two. The cottage is set in the grounds of a large country house in the beautiful countryside of the South Hams near south Devon’s historic and buzzily-alternative town of Totnes. Lying not far from the river Dart, and between the sailing centres of Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe and the rugged wilderness of Dartmoor, it is an ideal base for exploring this unspoiled region with its excellent beaches, landscape and charming towns and villages

'Annacombe' lies deep in the countryside close to Totnes and the river Dart, surrounded by sea and stunning coastline to the east, south and west and Dartmoor's varied beauty to the north. Only a few minutes from the A38 (M5 extension) and the shops, cafes and restaurant's of Totnes - it's an ideal base for exploring the beaches, valleys, moors and numerous sights and attractions of south Devon.

Meander round the specialist shops, deli’s, markets and galleries of Totnes and other nearby towns.

Feeling more active? Take a canoe trip down the Dart, sail in Dartmouth or Salcombe, pony trek on the moor, and golf, fishing many other days out nearby.
